Return Policy: To return merchandise for a refund, contact us with the invoice number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions as well as a return authorization number. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge plus freight. Special order merchandise and some furniture items are not returnable. All returns must be in resalable condition. Note: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Damaged Goods and Discrepancies: All orders are packed and shipped to you in perfect condition. Occasionally, merchandise may be lost or damaged in transit by the freight carriers.
1. Please count and inspect all cartons, noting any visual damage or full-carton shortages on the delivery ticket, before accepting and signing the freight receipt. Losses and/or damages must be noted at the time of delivery or credit and/or replacement cannot be issued.
2. Inspect for damage. If a carton is visibly damaged, you may either refuse delivery, or write "Possible Concealed Damage" on the delivery receipt before signing it. If you choose to keep the damaged carton, open it immediately and inspect for product damage. If damage exists, keep all cartons and packaging. Internal damages or shortages must be reported within 10 days of delivery in order for a claim to be filed. Please contact our Customer Service Department with any discrepancies.
Shipping Charges: Pyramid School Products only ships to locations within the United States. Orders for supplies and curriculum aids totaling $95.00 or more receive FREE FREIGHT within the contiguous 48 states. Orders for less than $95.00 will incur a $9.95 (minimum) shipping charge or 15% of the order, whichever is greater. All orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska must pay actual freight charges. Please call 800-792-2644 for estimated freight.
All Furniture and Equipment, and items marked "Ship Direct From Factory" will have actual freight charges added to the invoice. Charges for these items may be ESTIMATED at $59.00 (minimum) or 20% of the order total, whichever is greater.

We will determine the best method in which to ship your order. Because of unpredictable fuel costs, we reserve the right to add fuel surcharges if needed. All delivery fees are subject to change without notice.
Our Guarantee: Everything we sell will perform as promised or you may return it, unused within 30 days. If product substitution is required, we will provide items of better quality or design than those shown. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.
